			<description>I have never made this, but I'm going to try it. I suppose the reason for making your own is that homemade usually is better...plus you can adjust ingredients to suit your own taste. I would guess that it is not cheaper than store bought so that is not a reason to make your own. Here's the recipe if you want to try it.



1/2 cup dry mustard

1/2 cup flour

1 tsp salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/2 cup water

2 eggs

1/2 tsp tumeric

1 tablespoon butter/margarine

			<description>I guess there are hundreds of recipes for zucchini bread, but this one I made yesterday and it really came out good.



INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups grated zucchini

2 tsp vanilla

3 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
